Al Nassr Football Club is a professional multisport club based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Founded in 1955 by the Al-Ja’ba brothers, the club has grown from a local neighborhood team into one of the most successful and recognized football institutions in Asia. Its name, which translates to “The Victory,” reflects its competitive spirit and a legacy built on the colors yellow and blue, symbolizing the golden sands of the Saudi desert and the surrounding seas. Known as Al-Aalami (The International Club), it earned this nickname after becoming the first Asian club to participate in the FIFA Club World Cup.

The club’s history is distinguished by periods of domestic and continental dominance, supported by a passionate global fanbase. Al Nassr has secured numerous Saudi Pro League titles, King’s Cups, and Crown Prince’s Cups, alongside prestigious international honors such as the Asian Cup Winners’ Cup and the Asian Super Cup. Historically, the team was defined by legends like Majed Abdullah, the “Arabian Jewel,” and it continues to attract world-class international talent, cementing its status as a major force in the global football landscape.
