Kenya’s Cabinet has endorsed a KSh4.7 trillion national budget for 2026/27, allocating KSh495.7 billion in transfers to county governments ahead of Parliament’s review.

William Samoei Arap Ruto is the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya, elected in 2022.
