In life, what causes us to fail in conveying our message or communicating is that we aim to live without hurting others and this is precisely what turns us into hypocrites. We become different from the image we present outwardly; for example, we say “No” when we mean “Yes,” and “Yes” when we mean “No.”
Human beings possess both an Original Nature (Asilia) and an Authentic Reality (Halisia). In our Authentic Reality, our Original Nature cannot blend it is like mixing water and oil. This means our Authentic Reality is what we ought to seek, because in our Original Nature, many people refuse to speak the truth. Truth is like velocity meaning what you feel inside and what you speak must reflect each other equally.
We were born to be Authentic (Halisia), not merely bound by Original Nature (Asilia); that is why within our Original Nature, we die. Original Nature carries our genetics and all physical traits, but our Authentic Reality is Universal it is the breath of life. Every time we strive to satisfy our Original Nature at the expense of our Authentic Reality, we end up creating more problems against an authentic life, reducing our lifespan, and causing various illnesses.
That is why it is crucial to understand your thoughts through your spirit, and your body through your thoughts. Understand your surrounding environment through your own tangible touch and not otherwise. In other words, the body is close to the mind, so it is best to handle the body through your thoughts, but discern your thoughts through your spirit.
However, because most people are on a quest for perfection, we constantly want others not to perceive us as bad. Truth is the present, whereas a lie is the future. The one who speaks the truth is done, but the one who tells a lie generates anxiety in life, because a lie is the anticipation of evil and the root source of phobias, causing you to fail to live your Authentic Reality.
The solution is to refuse to do anything merely to please people, because a human being is not satisfied by being pleased, but rather by choosing to be satisfied within themselves.
