Andy Burnham has become the United Kingdom‘s new prime minister after the resignation of Keir Starmer, marking a major change in British politics.
Following Starmer’s resignation, Burnham traveled to Buckingham Palace, where King Charles III formally invited him to form a new government, in line with the United Kingdom’s constitutional tradition.
