WASHINGTON D.C., U.S. – The Department of Justice (DOJ) just released some 200 earlier unreleased Epstein documents. They did this last Thursday, March 5, 2026.
These documents relate to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and Donald Trump‘s alleged connection to the scandal. This action was taken under immense pressure from Congress and investigative reporters. They claimed several files had been deliberately removed from public viewing. The DoJ asserts that the documents were erroneously withheld from the public. This was due to administrative coding errors. These errors marked it as a duplicative file.
Some of the included files are two FBI interview memorandums from 2019. These documents contain testimony from an “unidentified” woman who testified that she was acquainted with Donald Trump who introduced to him by Epstein in the 1980s. The records show that the woman allegedly alleged she was then a minor. She claimed to have fought off a sexual assault try. Both the White House and the DoJ contend that the allegations are entirely uncorroborated. They only came to the attention of the FBI just before the 2020 elections.
This new batch of documents releases a whole other dimension to the political circus in Washington. This is especially true because the House Oversight Committee has recently subpoenaed AG Pam Bondi regarding the Epstein file information.
Those in opposition and some congressional members have attacked the administration’s handling and transparency throughout this investigation. Meanwhile, those from the White House are now denouncing the documents for the allegations of abuse contained within. They are calling them factless and unbelievable.
